Jul 01, 2012 · The USBI's, they are also rebillers from other companies who can hide behind them, which is annoying, but it's all legal. You do have to call the phone number on your bill for USBI, they normally will cancel it immediately and credit you back at least 30 days.

USBI then sent, in an email, a copy of the application form that i supposedly filled out. On the application it had my name as the applicant, which was entered wrong as my name is a hyphenated last last name and they only used on part of it.
