Mar 03, 2008 · It is now March 3rd and nothing. It turns out that this Smartpost or rather Stupidpost is where FedEx sends the item to USPS, then USPS delivers it to you. I contact both FedEx and USPS and they have no idea where the packages are. USPS goes on further to tell me that I have more information than they even do.Reviews: 277

I don't like Smartpost at all but consumers apparently don't have a choice. I have complained to both UPS/FedEx and the USPS about it because it adds at least 4 days to delivery time. I have learned that it's because of the USPS we have to do this because they need the revenue. They are still going broke.
