Value Hobby is known to stop communicating when a customer complains and asks for a resolution they do not like. If you try to call them on the phone they will put you off and promise to get back to you. When you call again they will screen your call and not pick up. The only way to resolve the issue is to protest the charge with your card company.

Aug 19, 2010 · Be aware when buying batteries from VALUE Hobby. I really hate doing this, but the deceitfulness was so blatant that I can't just let this go without making fellow RC'ers aware. I have bought lipos from Value Hobby for about 2 years now. I think like 4 orders in that period of time and have been happy with them and the lipos.

Ordered a ESC and motor combo for 1/10 tc. It took hobby king over 7 days to even pack my order and upon doing so decided they had sold one of the other items I had ordered to pad out the order to get free delivery. They then told me it would take a further 3 days to re pick and pack.

No complaints at all when I received my order of art materials for my grandson. Everything arrived on time, well-packaged and in perfect condition. My grandson, who is 10, started drawing in his new sketch pad as soon as he'd unwrapped his gifts. So much variety in colour and texture to stimulate a child's imagination kept him busy all day.
