There are other, higher quality cruise travel agencies that are less expensive and offer first class customer service.Vantage does not care about the customers once they have your money, letting you wait forever, before they even send you your tickets.

In Prague, Vantage put us in a dumpy 2 star hotel, instead of the 5 star Hilton, claiming that it was the same quality. Vantage refused to refund the $200 nightly price difference.
