Since then due to the escalating number of complaints, developer has deleted all owner comments on his site and seems doesn't even respond to owner complaints. If you want google for the leakage/quality complaints regarding this project. My advice - stay away from this developer. Quality isn't good and all you get is a cheapo flat.

But, before changing agency we (residents, VBHC) need to ensure all assets provided by VBHC in blocks are in place, and if not in in place, SRS should be penalised for it, because it was their duty/responsibility/ to safeguard all such assets kept in premise.
