Dec 11, 2009 · I received a "rebate" of "$100" in the form of a credit card issued by Citi from Verizon Wireless' rebate program. It is Verizon that advertises the rebate and enters into the agreement with Citi (receiving some payment for it I assume) to issue the card. Verizon is responsible for this rebate program.
