Dec 08, 2011 · We bought a 400K Village builders home recently and have had multiple issues with it. the latest is tile is not set correctly - no thin set below it. their excuse is 20% of the tile can be void of thin set. I was not very important to them, when I called the company to report that my floor board was cracked. They, Ariel Builders Not only didn't call me back but they couldn't remember doing the job! Cons. Struggling economy right now. It can't be easy selling homes and then not being able to close them because of banking policies. Hopefully people will see through the DBJ articles to see that the reporter is digging or assuming/making up more than a story about a good and well respected homebuilding company struggling to weather this economic storm.5/5(4)
