The connection speed is 130 ish when it should be 350; I have reset the router, checked the coax cable is tight and secure; In addition can you forward my complaint on to whoever is the head of the shambles that is your helpdesk.

As the title, slow internet speeds-pretty much since I signed up for a new contract. Before that, the internet was great. I then signed up for a new contract including installation of a TV box and since then, the internet speed has been abysmal and I can't get no assistance from Virgin, despite putting in numerous complaints.
