Jan 10, 2011 · Virgin Media, in my experience, is an average company no better or worse than most. If it is the worst company you have ever dealt with, then you are indeed lucky. I have Sky, T-Mobile and Vodaphone as well as Virgin and they all have good and bad days, I don't want higher bills to fund better customer service.
