Virgin mobile is in the process of upgrading their network, requiring people to use 4G SIMs. On putting the new SIM into my phone and activating it, I lost all telephone service. The service cannot be rolled back to the previous SIM. Virgin Mobile are refusing to accept responsibility, and will not supply a replacement, basic 4G compatible phone.
