Oct 01, 2010 · I (used to) have an account with Vista Federal Credit Union for a good five years. I have always been a loyal customer and had my complaints but they were solved. Last year they merged with Partners Federal Credit Union. Since then all of the employees that used to work there are suddenly gone? They had incredible customer service.
