it was 20 years ago I first installed a new boiler. Was recommended a Vokera boiler and never had a problem in all the time. I did think about changing to a different make but thought I’d stick to what had served me well. Defiantly heating the house up much more efficiently. Slicker style which I am also happy with. I have no complaints

Nov 17, 2016 · Vokera a probably one of the worst boilers I've had avoid at all costs, it's overly complicated to work I still can't work the controls, I've had the boiler in 12 months and today I've had to pay £60 for them to come out and fix it again I should of left the glow warm in that was a great boiler

We had never heard of Vokera so were unsure however registering the boiler and the BeSmart at the same time gives you a 10 year warranty so we went ahead. That was in December 2016, so far so good no complaints the BeSmart app is easy to use bu the thermostat is not that user friendly .Phone: 01743 562228

Jan 15, 2011 · Which on my boiler is the grey tube that goes into the white one at the bottom right corner under the boiler, i had to disconnect the pipe ad drain the water, then the boiler worked properly as a sold green light. I had this problem due to the cold weather, not sure if this would be a problem in august.

We had this boiler for just over 2 years. In this time we have had the engineer out 5 times from Vokera and our own plumber 4 times. It has been nothing but a problem since it was installed. The after care service from Vokera was initially ok but after constant complaints to them about wanting it replaced they continued to keep repairing it.1/5(3)

Jan 19, 2010 · I agree with Plumpbob in that the vokera is a budget boiler, however, I have installed quite a few, mainly the HE29 model, that would more than satisfy your need, and have had few complaints. They come with a 2 year part and labour warranty backed up with first class maintainace options. Easy to install and service.
