Vonage has the worst customer service anywhere. They do not provide billing reductions when their service is not working, the chat support regularly drops conversations in mid-stream, forcing the caller to start all over again with another tech.

In fact the reply to my review is the quickest I have received!! UPDATE - Tuesday and Wednesday pass and no further calls and not fixed. Another call in to ask for an update of which there is nothing new. UPDATE 8/10 - I spoke to complaints last Week after I called for an update and was told that they would get this looked at by the US.
