Feb 11, 2013 · Are Voyage Prive trustworthy? The simple answer is no. We booked a holiday with them and it was horrendous. The villa wasn't finished - exposed wires, flooded daily etc, the facilities didn't exist (sauna, restaurant etc) the flights were awful (filthy plane, out of date food, surly staff).

Aware that as per the other reviews here, someone is likely to reply saying they do not have our details... they do! We have emailed AGAIN them today. I used Voyage Prive for a trip to New York in March 2017 and will NEVER use them again. In addition to the air fare and hotel in NY, I paid 205 EURO for ground transportation between JFK and the Hotel in Manhattan. They failed to provide ground transportation in either direction, leaving us stranded.

Booking with Voyage Prive. Following Booking with Voyage Prive, I had a very bad experience with their Customer services where they did not answer emails and failed on a number of occasions to give an answer, However, having completed the holiday, I can report that everything went very well with good transport, hotel, food and excursions.

We had to wait 1.5 hours for Voyage Prive to start work as they have set office hours and no out of office contact number. By the time we got through to Voyage Prive they said there was nothing they could do and suggested we just book a new flight online. Waiting around to be told they can not help meant missing the next flight out.

Voyage Prive gave us loads of excuses and delaying tactics by telling us that they "can't get through" to the hotel. They subsequently said they had confirmation from the hotel it would be open - when I asked the hotel they said they had not said this to Voyage Prive at all. I asked VP to confirm this in writing and they put the phone down on me.

Mar 19, 2019 · My experience of them is a few years ago now and I found virtually everything cheaper just booking direct (which is why I unsubscribed).. What they omit to say is that their 'savings' are compared with rack rates/full price tickets which no one really pays nowadays.
