Feb 15, 2014 · This has been one of the WORST companies to do insurance with. When it was VPI Pet Insurance it covered so much more and since Nationwide, coverage sucks. I filed a claim for my new puppy and they took forever to process it and then tried to list the illness as "pre-existing" even though it happened on the 3rd visit and not in the first visit.4.3/5
