Amazon was kind enough to offer a replacement by sending the replaced item to USA-VPOST, currently pending of my advise on the delivery. I am not going to pay for the delivery charges of the replaced item - shipping from USA-VPOST to my residential address (Singapore).

Vpost is alright when everything goes well, but when there is a problem, the customer service officer cannot offer you any assistance outside their standardised solutions/response.
