Mar 10, 2016 · I’ve sent literally dozens of complaints to VRBO and HomeAway about the fees, telling them we can’t afford most rentals anymore because of the fees. I asked exactly how they determine the amount of the fee which ranges from 4% to 15%! They wouldn’t answer and kept repeating their mantra that “they need it to enhance services”.
