My mortgage payment was erroneously deducted twice this month (my fault). Th e mortgage company immediately removed the duplicate payment. Wachovia had assigned 3 overdraft fees for items debited after the mortgage payment over the weekend. I called to see if those fees could be canceled since I did indeed have the funds and they refused.
