To this day, I have not heard A THING back. No response from the complaint, no nothing. They told us our Windows would be eligible for a $1500 tax credit. WRONG. We only got $500 of the $1500 because they dragged their feet on the installation. They still send sales reps out to the house to try to get us to buy new windows...

Feb 09, 2009 · I am an ex-employee of Hansons Windows and Siding. Actually, I was the Manager of one of their offices that used a different name which I am not going to provide. Let me fill you, along with other consumers, some of the tricks used by Hansons. You mentioned that they asked you how much you should pay for the windows.
