Can‘t fault Watchfinder and their service! I’ve bought my watch through Watchfinder back in January 2018 and love my watch. I’ve had an issue and was willing to pay to service my watch, I was advised that I still had warranty left on my watch and they would inspect the fault and try resolve the issue.

As for the service from watchfinder, I have left them nagative reviews on just baout every review site I can find so considering the average watch from them is several thousand pounds then even if I disuade one person from using them then at least I will feel like they have also suffered a little from this.

I bought my third watch from Watchfinder in 2015 which the salesman told me had been serviced in 2014, it now gains over 20 seconds a day and requires a service, now after contacting Watchfinder they say I am lying the salesman did not tell me the watch was serviced in 2014 even though I had somebody else with me when I bought the watch who clearly heard the salesman state it had been serviced.3.2/5(61)

Feb 04, 2018 · A company called Watchfinder.co.uk has my Rare Vintage Omega Seamaster 300 - 165.024 I sent it to them back in December for them to appraise and use as a exchange for another watch I wanted. The watch they shipped me was damaged in shipment (improperly packaged and under insured at $1,000)I have a letter from FedEx they denied the claim.because of insufficient packaging.
