Need another practice locally. Takes far too long to get an appointment, and really don’t like having to tell the receptionist why I need an appointment as I’m assuming she’s not a doctor and it can be embarrassing to talk about problems in front of all the other people in the queue.

Some are good but I've found some people's poor attitude dealing with deaf. Appointments are only 5 minutes and they need to be longer, feels rushed. Reception feels quite high - I can only see their eyes, it'd be easier if they stood up so I could see their face. I wanted to switch practice because of the attitudes but others are full.
