I just finished my homework using the WebCT quiz engine and I am not sure how this program wants my answers. On alot of questions I would get .38/0.5 or .12/0.5 just by the way I answered it, for example in questions 14 and 15, I (HmWk 2) rounded off as close as I could and still didnt get full credit.

Editing a question means to be able to change the correct answer, the grade assigned to each answer, and the points assigned to the question within the quiz.
