Apr 21, 2010 · Who is the best person to send a complaint to within Westnet? I have used the "normal" channels of feedback/complaint with little to no improvement or response. This is no longer satisfactory. I'm unable to even access the internet ombudsman due to my connection problems. Edit: I can load it now intermittently. Getting to the sub-pages is fun.
