The manager in the store was very rude and told me they couldn't cancel the and kept typing on his computer. He never looked up at me to say I am sorry, but there is nothing we can do. I did call their corporate headquarters and was told they had several other complaints about this manager. I wouldn't shop at the Lazy Boy store in Pineville, NC.
