Called customer service was on hold for one hour and fifty minutes then was hung up on. Oct 28, 2007 · I fail to see the connection between Wild Blue and Hughes/Direcway. Wild Blue is an independent satellite internet provider, which has agreements with Dish Network to provide their services. Hughes is owned by DirecTV, and I assume Direcway is owned by them too, although I'm not completely sure on that one.
