Of course, too late I read all the other complaints about Willis Orchards so I guess I am out the 20- bucks. The new rep was adamant that I had to send the two dead sticks back or supply pictures. I do have the pictures somewhere I think, But the whole idea-their attitude is just not the way other legitimate and reputable companies operate.
