Jul 18, 2009 · WillyGoat is a company that will not help when things go wrong. I purchased a swing set from them 2 years ago and the wood started to rot and there were dangerous rusty staples emerging. They would not help me replace any parts without charging me full price even though the wood is supposed to be under warranty for 10 years.
