Window World MI Complaint. I sent this complaint to Window World's customer service tonight. I never complain. I just expect to get what I purchased and if there is a warranty, I expect the company to support their product. I purchased 9 slider windows in the fall 2014. Dec 2014 it got below 19 degrees.

Nov 18, 2013 · I am just reading this and I was a competittor of World of Windows and by now I am sure you realized that World of Windows in Dallas/Ft.Worth are not the same as Window World. If it was Window World call corporate in Wilkeboro N.C.. Before that lower the top sash and read the numbers on the top of the sash. It will verify which plant made them.

Complaint against Window World of Southwest Florida. My experience with Window World was a complete 5 month long disaster.. The complainant was never under contract with our company for a window repair. His former domestic partner has agreed to pay this bill since she broke the window.

Window World claims these windows are made exclusively for them, but based on the diagrams I think they are using an alside "mezzo" window which gets overall good reviews. This is ridiculous having to take off from work and them not show up and no one in their office to discuss anything. We could've had local contractors do cheaper but they couldn't get to us till January 2019 that's why we chose Window world because we were guaranteed it would be done before Christmas.....
