I have just bought two KTM electric bikes from Winstanleys. I was concerned about the number of poor reviews I had read and spoke to salesman about my concerns prior to placing my order. Jan 08, 2014 · My Winstanley experience is mixed. They were the only people selling the 2009 Marin Point Reyes, which I bought for the £600 asked. Now this is an odd bike, my old one 2007/8 (where the frame cracked and was replaced under lifetime warranty, but with the current model, a 29er I didn't like) was IMO one of the very best urban bike ever built.

Anyone had any dealings with them? I've read mixed reports on here and on bikeradar, quite a few problems with sending wrong size/wrong model..
