Everything was great until I tried to assemble the unit. There was no written assembly or installation instructions, just pictures.

Update to my first review – so quick recap – I ordered a Vidalux shower from the Steam shower store, the next day I was alerted it was not in stock and be 4-5 weeks, which was fine I am quite a laid-back person so went with it. But then that was it from the steam shower store, they did not contact me again or offer any customer service.
