Oct 12, 2015 · There is a reason there is only ONE complaint against this lender. THE BUSINESS OWNER IS IGNORANT ABOUT THE COST OF MONEY AND FINANCE. Credit reports are checked for almost ALL loans for fraud for starters and repayment history. This is a hard money loan, look up the meaning of hard money which is what someone with bad credit qualifies for.
