I had applied for and recieved a Blair credit card from this company. First let me say that Blair is in no way responsible for the card issuer, World Financial Capital Bank is the credit grantor. The very first problem with the credit grantor was that I never recieved my first statement so my first payment was late.

I sent cashier's check with a letter stating that wfcb is willing to clear account for x amount and was given an address for hsn mastercard and have still to hear from them weeks later. World Financial Capital Bank people beware deals with Blair and a lot of other companies. They are thru Allied which is an office supply company in Kansas.
