i am a new user - one month and i am so far very happy with the service and the support desk. When I was approached by New payment Innovation - an agent for WorldPay, we did a cost comparison with my current supplier ( An Irish bank ) - NPI told me they were likely to be 20% or so cheaper. Well WorldPay was 55% cheaper. It was a no-brainer.

A chargeback query in my case according to Worldpay they did not receive a refund for a customer even though i sent 2 lLetters both with proof of refund both signed for with proof of delivery and who signed for it at Worldpay.
