Jan 24, 2020 · Never take the worry no more warranty from Macys. They will not cover anything. When macy's sell the furniture, they will convince you to take the warranty and tell you as if you can call the service any number of times and they will fix the damage/stain or will replace them. But the warranty will not cover anything.

The Worry No More PREMIUM PROGRAM would have covered a claim on splitting of leather, but my guess is this customer only has ACCIDENTAL coverage, so the denial of the claim would indeed be correct. Customer's need to understand what their coverage actually is.

Worry No More are not efficient, cost-effective, or a company that Macy's should stand behind. I am truly disappointed. This is frustrating to say the least and I would think Macy's would want to associate their name with a better service company.

There is no incentive for buying this WORRY NO MORE protection plan. The salesperson will tell you that if you purchase the Worry no more protection plan, if you DO NOT make a claim in the seven year time frame, you will receive a $200 gift card to Macy's. WHAT A CROCK! Deceitful sales trap!!!!!

And Shame on Macy's management for linking with "Worry no More" and allowing 'Worry" to use the Macy's name to peddle such inferior warranty service. Why I say " Worry" sucks? Put in a claim May 2nd (**) with "worry" on May 2nd and after a week or 2 back and forth we settle on a date for them to inspect the issue which was Saturday June 15th.
