May 31, 2011 · Beware of Wyndham Capital Mortgage. Their marketing/recruiting pitch is VERY slick to get you to come on board. They even promise sign on bonuses. But you will then find out that you have been SOLD by some very slick salesman. Youll find that a lot of what they promise is not available to new hires only to their long term legacy employees.

Wyndham Capital Mortgage is one of the worst mortgage companies I have ever delt with. They strung us along for almost six months and in the end claimed the loan had been turned down because of Debt to income ratio, even though the number were run and re-run what seemed like half a dozen times to make sure all was well.
