May 15, 2014 · Xplornet is not one of the ISP's who voluntarily fall under the oversight of CRTC regulations, nor is it a member of the Better Business Bureau, but the Maritime BBB will process Xplornet complaints of behalf of those customers who have exhausted all other complaints procedures. My fixed wireless is anything but the 3mb/600kb package I pay for.

xplornet is a great option for internet when you don't have cell service, and its one of the only options, its nice to have the internet out in the country. sure its not perfect, it wont work in a storm, or when your dish is pointed the wrong way, but no ones making you pay for it.
