Jan 22, 2015 · I agreed to give this a try. Unfortunately, Yacht Exports was not willing to do this even though they were offered a fair settlement by Sevenstar to conclude this situation amicably. The only offer we received from Yacht Exports was a refund of $53,414.40 allowing them to keep $80,140.00 as a profit for non-performance on their part.
