Mar 02, 2017 · Also to avoid confusion for people replying here – in Melbourne tenants are billed for and pay usage charges directly to one of the water retailers (Yarra Valley Water etc). Landlords are billed for and pay service charges. Very true BUT the landlord needs to let the water company KNOW the details of the tenants to enable the separate bills.
