This was a month ago and after 2 chaser emails to ask to get the confirmation of my cancelled mortgage application I still have nothing. I have now lost £350 due to YBS and have received shockingly bad service with noone coming back to me!!! I found a better mortgage offer and fantastic customer service through using Habito.
