Essentially scammed by YHA. My membership plan was upgraded against my will, and the price tripled and I was charged £15 instead of £5. When I asked for a refund through customer services, they flat out refused to refund the money, stating that I would have been warned about the charge.

We booked the YHA Clun Mill for private hire for my husband's 50th birthday. Six couples attended and we had a great weekend. Negatives: lack of plug sockets downstairs to charge phones. Kitchen was 1/2 way through a renovation so there was a lovely new induction hob but no induction pans to use. Sofas need replacing, very wobbly legs on them all.4/4(15)
