Aug 23, 2010 · The hotel staff told us that overbooking happened every week. Always YOUTRAVEL clients. The rep from youtravel was very bolshy and rude informing us that they were suitable accomodation and compensation in the form of spa treatments would be made. That was an insult as surely choosing a night in reception was preferable to staying in there.
