I ordered a home item at apprx 8pm on the Friday evening with delivery to a drop off (local post office) and, as the site promised it was ready to collect from 9.30am the next day at a cost of £1.95. Granted I’ve never returned an item to Zara online or at a shop but for my first experience it was great

My complaints were not regarded a the head office and the assistant even hung up on me and I when I called back I was told to leave a message which has still not been returned.
