I don't know if the following works for all of the UK but if you have lost orders from Zara and delivered with Hermes as I do, contact Huxloe logistics to add more pressure. Both Zara and Hermes are 2 of the worst companies I've had to deal with! Unreliable and useless customer service in the case of Zara, and non existent in the case of Hermes.
