Jun 28, 2011 · Beware of 1 Stop Maintenance. They are a scam. I completed 4 work orders for this company and they will not pay. I have called and tried to collect but they just keep giving me the run around. They told me that they sent a check and I still have not recieved it.

When the contractor calls looking for the money, we are required to give them all a bunch of excuses as to why they have not received a check. 1 Stop Maintenance is counting on the contractor giving up on getting paid because we make it so difficult to collect.4.2/5(28)
