Staff in Melbourne do not know where places are and a very rude. Management will not respond to emails and if you have the nerve to dare complain on Facebook, 13Cabs remove the comment and then ban you from their Facebook page. Jul 17, 2011 · We asked for a proper receipt and he said that is a receipt. I know that a dollar amount written on the back of a 13CABS card is definitely not a legitimate receipt. I called the complaints line and quoted the driver ID number, as well as the pick up address and time of the booking.
