While the vehicle was undergoing an oil change, the local dealer (zeigler Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, 4200 parkway place sw, grandville, mi 49418) discovered that the rear crossmember and front engine cradle under the vehicle were extremely corroded and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired.
