Jan 22, 2011 · Go the the parts diagrams on Kawasaki.com, under the Owner Info tab, and look for parts #92066, and #16014. The first is the plug that has to be removed, the second is the pilot air screw that needs to be turned out a quarter turn. Be very careful when you remove that plug so you do not damage the air screw underneath.
