2011 Chevrolet Equinox My Chevy equinox gets pretty good gas mileage for a small SUV. I like that it has a roomy interior and that I can place large items in the back cargo area. My vehicle still looks new for being 7 years old. The only thing I kind of dislike it that is only has a 4 cylinder engine, so no power but it does get great gas mileage.

Aug 23, 2012 · I too purchased a 2011 Equinox LT2 in January of this year. I think the Equinox is the prettiest SUV on the road and have found it to be nimble and fun to drive. However, I have been highly disappointed in the gas mileage. Mine was in the dealer's garage for 27 days in July with a failed shift controller in the transmission.

Oct 21, 2010 · I have a 2011 Chevy Equinox AWD 2LT. I am getting lower gas mileage then expected via the DIC "Average Gas Mileage" display. When I fill up and calculate myself, I'm getting 2 to 2.5 mpg better then the display. (I do reset the "Average MPG" display at each fill up also.) Is it possible to be out of calibration this far? Can it be calibrated?
