Try to book your taxi as much as possible. That way the company will have a record of your booking plus the driver's identification. This saves so much hassle if you leave an item in the cab, have a complaint etc. There is no point phoning a cab company and describing the cab as yellow. All cabs in Melbourne are yellow.
