I contracted with this company to provide me with transportation from my home to the airport and back on my return. On my arrival home, my flight was several hours late, which I had emailed the company (because their phone service was not manned during non business hours) to let them know. When I returned home at 7AM after flying all night, I found there was no one to pick me up.

I called to ask for a refund and the company told me that I scheduled the car for 11:30pm. This is a Lie and in fact, I have a written confirmation from the 24-7 Ride, stating the pickup time was (9:15PM). I have now involved American Express. I wish I would have read the reviews before booking these clowns.
